Cookies of carob flour with coconut
Ingredients: 125g of grated coconut, 2 eggs, 40g of carob flour and a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt, then add the flour and finally the coconut. The dough will be a bit thin, but that is normal. Distribute tablespoonfuls of the mixture on a baking tray. Once it is ready put the tray in the oven at 180 ° C for about 10-15 minutes.
