Majorcan Gató almond cake

Ingredients: 250g of fresh Mallorcan almonds, 250g of sugar, 8 eggs, 250g of our carob powder. Preparation: Separate the yolks from the egg whites, whisk until stiff. Mix the egg yolks, add: sugar, flour, almonds and beat altogether. Finally grease a cake tin and bake at 150 ° C for about one hour.
