Carob Cupcakes

Ingredients: 200g of sugar, 150g of plain flour, 50g of carob flour, 4 eggs, 1 cup of olive oil, 1 sachet of yeast. Preparation: Mix all the ingredients, prepare the moulds for cupcakes. Mix them without filling them completely to give them space to rise, then put a little of brown sugar on top. Put it in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
