COCA MONTADA

Ingredients:

7 eggs

230g Powdered sugar

125g potato starch

20g carob powder

 

 

Preparation:

​Separate the y​olk from the egg ​and mix it together with the sugar.

​A​dd the potato starch and carrot powder and mix well.

​B​eat egg whites until whipped well and fold. Bake it in the pre-heated oven at a temperature of 180°C approx. for 15-​20 minutes.

And then simply enjoy!!!
