Vegan coca from Mallorca
Ingredients for pasta: we need 500g of spelt flour, 100 g of carob flour, 320ml of water, 10g of salt, 5 g of baking powder, 30g of olive oil and 50g of sourdough.
Preparation: knead all these ingredients for 20min and let rest for about 2 hours. Pull out the dough and let rest about 15 min.
Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 8 – 10 min.
